Swim Lessons
What's more fun than hanging out in the pool with family and friends? Do you or a family member want to learn how to swim? I am a certified Red Cross instructor and provide private or groups lessons. No one is too young or too old to learn to swim.

Peyow (pay-yow) is the Chinese mandarin word for "floating".
This is not just another aquatic exercise class. This program was created to improve your balance, flexibility, posture, core strength, and stability by incorporating four Pilates techniques.

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
An exercise program developed by the Arthritis Foundation which covers a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities, relaxation techniques and health education topics. Demonstrated benefits include improved functional ability, decreased depression and increased confidence in one’s ability to exercise.

Kinesiology Tape
Using an elastic therapeutic tape to provide support to muscles and joints, reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling, and enhance circulation.
Developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase,
a Japanese chiropractor who wanted a tape that provided support but didn’t limit movement like traditional athletic tapes do.
